Same day delivery is available for customers who choose to ship to specific metro areas (Cairo and Giza) and for products that are eligible for express shipping.

Same day delivery is only available for items shipping to Cairo and Giza.

 

Seller's shipping rates and times

When purchasing goods from the site, the amount is immediately deducted from the credit card.
Payment does not include pre-calculated shipping fees.
You will also have the option to pay upon delivery, when you receive your shipments from the shipping company.

 

Shipping rates for heavy goods and bulk goods

The weight of the item is more than 15 kg, 198 Egyptian pounds

Item less than 10 kg, 39 Egyptian pounds

1-3 days standard shipping

- When requesting that the product be shipped to the door of the apartment, and if the weight of the product is more than 18 kg, 24 pounds will be added to each floor.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The full amount will be refunded to you excluding the shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
